PULSE Award

(Purdue University Libraries' Student Employee Award)

Purpose:
The annual award will be given by the Libraries' staff and faculty to an undergraduate student employee in recognition of outstanding service to the Libraries.

Criteria:
Two semesters of employment, they don't have to be consecutive, with the Purdue Libraries. A positive attitude with the service above and beyond the norm toward work in the Libraries is a requirement. Completed application, and recommendation/evaluation form from your immediate supervisor and or an additional staff member (no more than two) must accompany the application. Unless completed online, then recommendation/evaluations may follow by the due date.

Application Process:
Complete the application form either on paper or online. Answer each question completely and within the guidelines.

An evaluation form from your immediate supervisor and/or an additional staff member must acccompany. Unless done online then it may follow by the given date.

Applications must be submitted to supervisor by Feb. 4, 2008.

Supervisor evaluations are due Feb. 11, 2008.
