Diversity Resource Office (DRO)
This office encourages, develops, administers, and assesses programs and activities that foster a climate within Purdue that celebrates the diversity of all members of our university community. They also provide advocacy and support for individuals from racial, ethnic, religious, and social groups that have been historically underrepresented in institutions of higher education.
International Students and Scholars
The Office of International Students and Scholars (ISS) is committed to the internationalization of Purdue University by providing appropriate services and support to international clientele and various University departments and offices. ISS seeks to enhance the academic, cultural, and social pursuits of students and scholars from abroad through knowledge and expertise in admissions, immigration, advising, and cross-cultural programming.
The LCC seeks to promote diversity through education and programming for all Purdue students, faculty, and staff, but also acts as a home away from home among Latinos at Purdue.
Latino Faculty and Staff Association (LaFASA)
The Latino Faculty & Staff Association is dedicated to hearing and promoting the voice of all Latino faculty and staff at Purdue University, and serves as an advocate for the Latino issues in higher education.
Mosaic: Toward a Mosaic for Educational Equity -- A Purdue Vision and Action Plan
Mosaic is a campus-wide initiative of the Office of the Provost that articualtes a vision for educational equity and inclusiveness for Purdue University at West Lafayette. The plan will serve as a foundation for all multicultural educational projects at Purdue, and will offer recruitment initiatives and advancement opportunities to strengthen the climate for diversity.

The mission of the Office of the Vice President for Human Relations is to enhance the quality of life for students, faculty and staff through the development and implementation of policies and programs that assure equal access and equal opportunity for all and improve the climate for diversity, equity, and educational and professional growth for all members of the University community.
