Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty: This U.S. Government chartered organization broadcasts news and information to countries of the former Soviet bloc and has an extensive website of news reports and analysis.
National Security Archive Electronic Briefing Books Located at George Washington University, this organization makes aggressive use of the Freedom of Information Act to obtain declassified U.S. Government documents on foreign policy and national security.
