Release Station Troubleshooting:

If you are unable to log-in to a release station or receive an error when attempting to log-in to the release station, you will need to change your password.  You can change your password by going to the Secure Purdue website. http://www.purdue.edu/securePurdue/.

Color Printers:
If you are looking for a color printer, the best two locations are MathB10 and the main floor of Hicks.  If you would like to find out if a lab has a color printer, you can use the following link to look up each ITaP lab https://tomcat.itap.purdue.edu:8445/ICSWeb/LabInfo.

Release Station Queue:
Print requests will only remain in your queue for 6 hours, then they are purged.
