Support

Phone support is available from 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday at 765.494.2857. One can also report issues online 24 hours a day, seven days a week via Customer Support Online.

To report problems at all other times, please continue to follow the guidelines shown below.

Submit a trouble ticket via Customer Support Online or phone 49-42857 and leave a voice mail message. Messages left after hours via telephone will be handled on the next business day.

Examples of Problems Reported to this Number are:

  • Problems with individual pieces of equipment, such as workstations, printers, scanning equipment, etc.
  • Software problems.
  • General questions related to workstations, software, Voyager, the webserver, etc.

Emergencies

Emergencies involving ITD maintained equipment or services including Voyager, the webserver, or all workstations system wide the preferred method of reporting the emergency is to submit your request via Customer Support Online and set your priority to Emergency.

Examples of emergencies are:

  • All public access, circulation, or staff workstations in your library are not working.
  • Voyager is apparently not working campus-wide.
  • The web server (www.lib.purdue.edu) is apparently not working campus-wide.

You will receive a call back from an ITD staff member as soon as possible.
