About the Library
The Siegesmund Engineering Library, located in Room 160 of the A.A. Potter Engineering Center, holds a large print collection that includes journals, books, standards, government documents and technical reports. More than 20 workstations are located throughout the library, as well as two printers and two photocopier/scanners. The library is designed to facilitate different types of study, from individual carrels for independent study to small group study rooms to a conference room and classroom. Research assistance is available at the information desk and by appointment.
The Informed Learning Studio (POTR 141) is able to accommodate 60 students and can be reserved for one-off or semester-long courses. It features three projectors, including a Smart Board, many white boards and tables arranged in a way to encourage active learning.
