The Windows Terminal Server applications require the Citrix Receiver application:
You can download the Citrix Receiver by following the links below: Microsoft Windows Mac OSX
When the Citrix Receiver is installed, you can click on the link that says "Download file to Access..." on the Libraries' website. Once the resource file is downloaded, double click on the file and the resource should open for you using the Citrix Receiver. If you encounter any problems with this, please submit a ticket to our helpdesk.
