  • We have one room, WALC 2141, that is available only to students, only by reservation, and only for virtual interviews or tele-health appointments, Monday - Friday,  8am - 5pm. When not reserved, the room will be locked. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for up to 90 minutes. Room capacity of one person will be strictly enforced. Please come to the 2nd floor information desk at the time of your reservation to be let into the room.

    From 5pm - 8am, M-F and on weekends, this room will be available on a first come, first served basis as a study room.

  • Located on the 3rd floor “Bridge” of the Wilmeth Active Learning Center, the WALC 3060, 3068, and 3076 Group Study Rooms are spaces intended for collaborative study and group meetings. These rooms includes seating for 8 around a long table, white board, and large screen with HDMI and VGA/aux connections. Please note that study rooms are intended for student use only.

  • Located on the first floor of the Humanities, Social Science, and Education Library, the Collaborative Study Center is a medium study space intended for cooperative study and instruction. The CSC includes 8 computer terminals and 10 desks, for a total of 28 seats. A projector and instructor station are also available.

  • Located on the first floor of the Humanities, Social Science, and Education Library, the Interview Room is available to patrons looking for a small, quiet space to hold phone interviews or Skype conferences. The Interview Room includes a blackboard and a single small table that fits one or two chairs on each side. No equipment or phone line provided.

  • This medium conference room is well-suited for meetings. It contains a conference table surrounded by 12 chairs with 12 additional chairs available. The room also features an instructor station, large screen monitor, and small kitchenette with a fridge and counter-top. This room is also set up for BoilerCast audio capture.

  • The Parrish Library houses the Learn Lab, a medium computer lab designed for innovative multimedia instruction. The Lab contains 40 computer terminals, 1 instructor station, 3 flat panel screens, and multiple dry erase boards. This room will also support video conferencing and is set up for BoilerCast. When not reserved, the space becomes an open lab for students.

  • This room is composed of two conjoined rooms and is suited for receptions and conferences. KRAN 258 features an open layout with three small tables, several study carrels, and casual seating. KRAN 260 resembles a more traditional meeting space with two large conference tables each seating 10. Counters are available for catering.

Digital Humanities Studio

  • The Digital Humanities Studio is a mixed-use space dedicated to digital scholarship. The Studio has seating space for 9-12 people for project meetings or workshops. The Studio is also equipped with key technology for projects, including four computers with software such as R, Python, Gephi, ArcGIS, Nvivo, and Abbyy Fine Reader; 3D printing and scanning; a manuscript and book scanner; data visualization monitors; and podcasting station. The room is available for booking related to digital scholarship from 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. If you want to use the technology or consult on a digital humanities project, contact Matthew Hannah.

  • Located on the first floor of Lynn Hall, in the Veterinary Medical Library, are 4 small group study rooms, 1133G, 1133H, 1133J, and 1133K. These study spaces are intended for cooperative study, and group meetings. The room may be scheduled for 1-2 hour sessions, accommodates up to 5 people, and has an available chalk board.
